I may have been a little late with your Christmas present (I do hope you all liked “it” … for some, it was quite a surprise)

but I am ON TIME with your LITTLE mini year-end bonus update. ❤

As the year draws to a close I wanted to take a moment to thank you.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the ongoing support you all have given me.

Looking forward to sharing a wonderful 2019 with all of you.

Mike is growing more and more concerned.

Rose is withdrawn and seems to be sad all the time.

He consults Mama who informs him that is it probably “baby blues’ and that sometimes it can go for a long time.

She assures him that it is natural and normal.

She will consult with Shaman and get her something to help.

✮✮✮✮✮ ❤ ✮✮✮✮✮

The shaman is very fond of Rose White and hated seeing her sad.

He provided mama with some elixir to help Rose cope with the sad times.

He also came up with another idea on how he could help.

If he could just pull it off!

He was not exactly sure how to go about doing it but getting his old tomes out,

he would spend time studying them in order to figure it out.

It took him a few days but he finally got the answers he sought.

He got right to work …

“Welcome Your Majesties!  You may be wondering who I am and why I have summoned you here …  ”

Shaman introduced himself and explained the whole story.

Prince and Snow were very grateful to him.

“We have missed our daughter and Son-in-law very much.”

Prince explained, “Now to hear that we have a granddaughter … ”

His voice trailed off.

Snow spoke up, “Thank you so much for all that you have done.

We owe you a tremendous debt of gratitude.

Now can we go quickly to see my daughter and the baby?”

✮✮✮✮✮ ❤ ✮✮✮✮✮

Hearing a commotion Rose rushed out to find that Shaman had brought them some company.

HER PARENTS!

A happy scream escaped her as she ran to greet them.

Rose clung to her Mother.

“Oh Mum, I have missed you so much!

How did you get here?

How on earth did this happen?”

Snow shook her head as she explained, “I have no idea darling.”

“One minute your dad and I were near our home, out on the beach, enjoying the new snowfall … ”

“And the next thing you know we looked around

and we found ourselves in a horrible dark black place.

It was void of any light except what emanated from us.

There were cries and wailing in the distance.

Oh and sweetheart, the horrific smells. UGGHH!

The sadness was overwhelming.

Then suddenly there came a thick smoke that engulfed us

and it seemed to suck us out of that terrible black place…

and right into the Shaman’s hut.

He sat us down and explained why he brought us thru such a terrible experience.

About how sad you have been.

He told us of Houkea and how you named her after me.

I am very honored, my daughter!

Now let’s go on inside.  I want to meet this sweet babe.”

I think we will just take a step back to quietly enjoy the family reunion.

How many of you long-timers have missed Snow’s pancakes?  

For you new readers .. Snow never learned to make anything except pancakes BUT she ended up doing them so well that she even wrote a book on making them (it is in my gallery).  

Her family adores them.

OHH Prince has learned to cook since Rose has been gone.

Now some might find a visit from your deceased in-laws a bit strange .. even creepy.

But Mike?

No!

Not Mike!

He is just glad to have his happy Rose back.
